NUESTRAS EXCURSIONES
Welcome and transfer to your hotel or lodging. In the afternoon City and surroundings excursion. We will place you at your hotel or lodging at 1:30 pm to start the excursion to the Cathedral of Cusco, Tempo del Sol or Qoricancha, Saqsayhuaman and surroundings. After approximately 4 hours we leave you at your hotel or lodging.
Very early we begin our guided visit to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, as a first point, we will make a stop at the Pisaq artisan market, where if you wish you can make purchases or appreciate what is on offer in the market. Then you will visit the majestic Pisac Ruins, located at the top of a mountain in the valley. We will continue the tour along the valley passing through different typical towns until we reach the province of Urubamba where you can have lunch (not included). In the afternoon we will visit the ancient and enigmatic Fortress of Ollantaytambo, located very close to a typical Inca town and on one of the slopes of an imposing mountain. Return to Cusco
We will pick you up very early (we will coordinate the time, once you purchase the tickets), to take you to the Train Station in Ollantaytambo, where you will board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes.
Our professional tour guide will be waiting for you at the Aguas Calientes station, who will take you from the bus station up to the majestic and impressive Inca citadel of Machupicchu (altitude 2450 m.a.s.l.); The uphill trip lasts (30 minutes), they will have a guided tour in Machupicchu of approximately 3 hours, being able to visit: the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, The Royal Rooms, The Temple of the Three Windows and the Cemeteries . Finally, you will have free time to continue exploring the Citadel of Machupichu and take pictures on your own, all in coordination with the guide for your return time from your train in Cusco where our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name to make you the respective transfer to your hotel in Cusco.
Humantay Lagoon excursion.
Starting at 4:00 a.m. We will pick you up at your hotel or lodging and take you to the town of Mollepata located on the Apurimac River, where once we have had breakfast we start the walk to the Humantay Lagoon located at 4200 m.a.s.l.
We will pass through Challacancha enjoying during the tour of all the majesty of the Humantay mountain range in the Vilcabamba mountain range and we will continue the route to Soraypampa 2900 meters above sea level, where we will have a small rest, charging ourselves with energy to continue our trip, starting our trek with destination to the Humantay Lagoon. On the way we will have views of impressive landscapes.
From Soraypampa to the Humantay Lagoon there are 2 km, which can be done between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours of walking approximately. In the Humantay Lagoon we will have free time of approximately 1 hour to rest, take pictures and appreciate the landscape and then return to Soyaypampa, to board the transport to Mollepata where a delicious lunch awaits us and finally we will be returning to the city of Cusco arriving at approximately 5:30 pm.
After breakfast at the hotel, according to the schedule of your flight or bus, we will pick you up from your hotel to transfer you to the Cusco airport or the land terminal, with the hours in advance that your return trip requires, where we will help you make all the process to board your plane or bus wishing you a Happy Travel.
